Privacy Policy of Adot Agency

Introduction

This document explains how Adot Agency collects, processes, stores, and/or shares any personal data and/or user information (collectively referred to as “Information”). By accessing and/or using the Services, the user consents to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure, and other uses of their Information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you have any concerns about providing data or how it will be used as permitted by this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services. As stated in the terms and conditions related to the Services (the “Terms”), you must be of legal age to access and/or use the Services, or if legally possible, access with the consent of your legal guardian, the necessary authorization, and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected

Adot Agency may collect and process the following data about you:

  1. Information you provide when filling out forms to access and/or use the Services, or when creating an account within the Services.
  2. Details of your use of the Services and resources you access.
  3. Correspondence between you and Adot Agency and any interactions, or with other users on the Service, channels, and/or any related social media.

I. Cookies: Adot Agency uses cookies and other similar technologies in the Services. These technologies work by placing a small file that stores certain information on your computer or mobile device; and/or accessing information on your device. Adot Agency uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you and your device, for example, identifying your IP address; to allow the Services to interact with a third-party social network or platform when you have chosen to enable such interaction; to enable payment processes when you submit payment instructions; to allow Adot Agency and third parties to provide more personalized services to you; and to collect data such as your device model, operating system, screen size, other applications installed on your device, and information about how you use the Services. II. Advertisements: Mobile advertisers sometimes use advertising identifiers to enable and optimize their advertising. These identifiers are non-permanent, non-personal device identifiers. Adot Agency may use your device’s advertising identifier and other associated information to deliver ads related to your interests and to improve and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

III. Location Information: You may choose to post your location on your Adot Agency profile. You can also indicate your location when you enable your device to send such location information. Adot Agency may use and store information about your location to provide special features and/or to improve and personalize the Services.

IV. Links: Adot Agency may track how you interact with links on the Services, including email notifications, third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means.

V. Log Data: Servers automatically record information created by your use of the Services. This data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring web page, pages visited, location, mobile carrier, device and application identifiers, search terms, and cookie information. Log data is received when you interact with the Services. This data is used to provide, measure, customize, and improve the Services.

VI. Payment Information: If you make a purchase on the Services, Adot Agency may collect billing and financial information necessary to process the charges; and/or do so on behalf of the relevant payment service providers. Purchases of third-party services are subject to the policies applicable to such providers.

VII. Third-Party Services: Adot Agency uses various third-party services to assist in delivering the Services, such as hosting and other services. Customer Service Correspondence: When you request assistance from Adot Agency’s customer service, the contact information you provide, as well as information about games or activity on the Service, your user ID number, and correspondence and any information contained therein, will be collected. If available through the Services, you may provide Adot Agency with profile information to make public, such as a brief biography, location, website, mobile phone number, a photo, information to customize your account, etc. Such contact information may be used to send you information about the Services or related information. You can use your account settings to unsubscribe from notifications from Adot Agency and/or other users and find known users. You can also unsubscribe by following the instructions in the notification or the Service’s instructions. Additionally, Adot Agency may use your contact information to help others find your account, including through third-party services and client applications. Providing any additional information described in this section is entirely optional.

Use of Information

When you create or set up an account on the Services, you provide certain personal information, such as your name, username, password, and email address. Some of this information, such as your name and/or username, may appear publicly on the Services, including on your profile page and in search results. You agree that Adot Agency and/or third parties on its behalf and/or its partners may use the information for the purpose of contacting you as part of customer service; sending you updates or information about the Services; managing your account and relationship with the Service and improving your experience when using it, improving the Services, conducting research, surveys, and interacting with you, for example, by sending communications for these purposes; marketing and promoting the Services or products; personalizing and optimizing the Services, promotional content, and/or advertising; creating reports, analyses, or similar services for research or business intelligence purposes.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

Adot Agency will only share your data with third parties with your consent (including as provided in this Privacy Policy), as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, for example, providing Information to vendors Adot Agency may use to deliver the Services; when necessary to carry out your instructions, for example, to process a payment instruction your Information must be provided to payment processors; when your data is anonymized and aggregated, meaning you cannot be personally identified from it; when you submit information as part of a contest or otherwise interact with any channel or social media, the information you submitted may be published; when reasonably believed to be permitted by law or regulation; to comply with any legal obligation, or to enforce or apply the Terms, this Privacy Policy, and/or any other agreement with you; or to protect the rights and/or property of Adot Agency or the rights and/or property of third parties. Adot Agency may share or disclose your non-private information, such as your public user profile information, public messages, email, etc., or share or disclose your information anonymously or aggregated in a way that does not allow you to be identified.

Interaction with Social Networks and/or Platforms

You may allow the Services to interact with any third-party social network and/or platform, such as Facebook, which will provide data about you to Adot Agency. Since any other application or website other than the Services is owned by a third party, you should ensure that you read their terms of service and applicable privacy policies. You understand that when you allow the Services to interact with any third-party social network and/or platform, Adot Agency may share data about you with your contacts and other users of the Services and vice versa. This data may include your name, profile photo, activity status, and information related to your use of the Services. You can change this by adjusting your settings with that third-party provider.

Retention Period

Adot Agency may retain Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as necessary to provide the Services, even after you have discontinued or deleted any account, or after the Services’ provision has ended if the retention of such information is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes between users, prevent fraud, or any other use.

Cookies

Like many websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect additional website usage data and to improve our Services, but cookies are not required for many parts of our Services. A cookie is a small data file transferred to your computer’s hard drive. In the event that Adot Agency is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The commitments in this Privacy Policy will apply to the information as transferred to the new entity.

In the Services, you may find links to third-party websites. You understand that when you click on these links, any data you provide afterward is subject to that third party’s privacy policy and not Adot Agency’s. Accordingly, Adot Agency is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites. The Services are not directed to individuals under the legal age. Adot Agency does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the legal age. If it becomes aware that a child under the legal age has provided personal information, steps will be taken to delete such information and cancel such account. Notwithstanding any contrary provision in this policy, Adot Agency may retain or disclose your information to the extent it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect the rights or property of Adot Agency. However, nothing in this privacy policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party’s request, including a government’s, to disclose your information. Adot Agency wants to ensure that your information is accurate and up to date. Information you have shared through the Services on any third-party social network or platform may not be modified or deleted when under the control of a third-party network and/or platform. If you do not want your information used for marketing purposes, you can change your marketing preferences.
