Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

1. Cancellation

1.1. Customers may cancel their subscriptions or service orders within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the digital service has not been accessed or utilized.

1.2. To cancel a service, please contact our customer support team at help@adot.agency with your order details.

1.3. Cancellations made after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the cancellation request and confirming that the digital service has not been accessed or utilized.

2.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In cases where this is not possible, an alternative method will be arranged.

2.3. Any fees related to payment processing or currency conversion are non-refundable, except in cases where the digital service was not delivered as described or the order was incorrectly fulfilled.
